SAN PABLO — Police have arrested two suspects in the Tuesday shooting death of a 20-year-old San Pablo man and are looking for others, according to the police department.

The shooting took place Tuesday at 4:57 p.m. at Davis Park, 1651 Folsom Avenue.

Witnesses told police that a man with two handguns shot the victim in the head and ran through a creek toward Rumrill Boulevard from the park.

Police did not name the victim, who is believed to be homeless, because his family had not been contacted, San Pablo police Sgt. Scott Cook said.

He was taken to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, where he died Wednesday.

The two suspects, a man and a woman, were arrested around 2 a.m. Thursday in connection with the shooting, Cook said.

Cook did not release their names.

"There's other people we are looking for," he said.
